Private Room Reservation Policy
To ensure a smooth reservation process and to provide guests with a more refined private dining experience, The Flame applies the following reservation policy for private room bookings:
1. Prepaid Dining Credit / Pre-Ordered Dishes
Guests may make an advance payment of approximately SGD 300 to pre-order 2–3 selected dishes. This amount will be fully offset against the final bill on the dining day.
In the event that the private room reservation is cancelled, the pre-ordered dishes may still be prepared at the scheduled time and delivered to the guest’s designated address. Delivery fees and arrangements will be confirmed separately based on the actual location and requirements.
2. Deposit / Credit Card Hold for Third-Party Reservations
For private room reservations made via third-party platforms, including but not limited to Chope and Google Reservation, the restaurant may require a SGD 300 deposit or credit card pre-authorisation to secure the booking.
Guests are kindly requested to notify the restaurant at least 48hours in advance for any cancellation or amendment. Cancellations made within the stated notice period, or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the deposit or credit card hold, subject to the reservation platform and restaurant policy.
3. Second-Floor Large Private Room / Private Event Bookings
For bookings of the second-floor large private room, business banquets, birthday celebrations, private gatherings, brand events, or customised private dining experiences, guests are encouraged to contact the restaurant manager directly via private message or phone.
Deposits, minimum spending and event arrangements for the second-floor large private room or private events will be confirmed separately based on the date, number of guests, menu selection and venue requirements.
