Private Room Reservation Policy
To ensure smooth private room reservations and provide guests with a more attentive dining experience, The Flame has the following arrangements for private room reservations:
Prepaid meals / Menu reservations
Guests can prepay approximately SGD 300 for a reservation of 2–3 designated dishes. This prepayment will be credited towards the dining bill on the day of the meal.
If a guest cancels their private room reservation, the reserved dishes can be prepared at the original time and delivered to the guest's designated address. Delivery fees and specific arrangements will be confirmed separately based on the actual situation.
Third-party platform booking deposit/credit card prepayment
When booking private rooms through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Chope and Google Reservation, restaurants can set a deposit of SGD 300 or a credit card pre-authorization to confirm the reservation.
To cancel or change your reservation, please notify the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits or pre-authorizations may not be refunded if cancelled before the agreed time or if you do not arrive as scheduled, subject to the policies of the booking platform and the restaurant.
Second-floor private rooms/private banquet reservations
For reservations of private rooms on the second floor, business banquets, birthday parties, private gatherings, brand events, or other customized private banquets, please send a private message or contact the restaurant manager directly for confirmation.
Reservations for the large private rooms and large private banquets on the second floor will be confirmed separately based on the date, number of people, menu content and venue usage requirements, including deposit, minimum spending and related arrangements.
